Teiva Systems at SCCON25: Excited About the Future of Public Sector Digitalization

The Smart Country Convention 2025 (SCCON25) in Berlin made one thing very clear: the digital transformation of the public sector in Germany and Europe is not just a vision anymore – it is moving forward with strong momentum. With more than 23,000 participants, 500 exhibitors, and 20,000 m² of expo space, this year’s event was bigger and more vibrant than ever before.

Smart Country Convention

As Teiva Systems, we joined as professional visitors and came back inspired.

What We Saw

Unexpected scale and energy
The halls were full, conversations lively, and the community visibly growing. The appetite for GovTech and eGovernment solutions is larger than ever.
Diverse and balanced participation
We appreciated the strong mix of government institutions, agencies, solution providers, and technology companies. This balanced ecosystem is what enables real transformation.
Key topics and niche innovation
While AI, smart cities, digital sovereignty, and cybersecurity dominated the agenda, we also explored niche innovations such as secure communications, smart lockers, knowledge management tools, and interactive kiosks – all of which show how broad and practical the digital transformation can be.
Program intensity
With over 650 speakers and multiple stages, it was impossible to attend everything. Yet this “problem of plenty” underlines the richness and maturity of the field.

Why It Matters for Teiva Systems

For us, SCCON25 confirmed two things:
1. The momentum in GovTech is real. Germany’s public sector is pushing forward, and the will to accelerate digital services is strong.
2. Our capabilities are needed. With our expertise in low-code platforms, we see a huge opportunity to help administrations design, build, and scale digital services faster, more securely, and more sustainably.

At Teiva Systems, we are committed to investing further in this direction. We are extending our business and solutions specifically for the public sector, bringing proven know-how from enterprise environments into government projects.

Our goal is simple:

➡️ Empower administrations with flexible, low-code tools to deliver better services for citizens

Feedback from Kostya Bazanov, Co-Founder & Director at Teiva Systems Germany

“The event was larger and more crowded than expected, a strong signal of the growing momentum around GovTech and eGovernment. What stood out in particular was the balance between administrations, institutions, service providers, and product vendors – a genuine ecosystem engaging on equal footing.

The free entry underlined an important message: digital government is open and accessible to everyone, not hidden behind expensive tickets.

In terms of content, artificial intelligence, smart cities, digital sovereignty, and security were the dominant themes. At the same time, there were fascinating niche topics such as secure communications, knowledge management, smart lockers, and interactive touchscreens.

The program was extremely dense, making it impossible to attend every relevant session – a clear indicator of the breadth and dynamism of the field.

Conclusion: there is a strong movement in GovTech and eGovernment. Digitalization in Germany is gaining traction – and the determination to push it forward is unmistakable.”

Looking Ahead

SCCON25 was not just a trade fair – it was a signal. Public sector digitalization is gaining real traction, and the ecosystem of institutions, technology partners, and solution providers is stronger than ever.

At Teiva Systems, we are excited to be part of this movement. We believe that with the right platforms and the right collaboration, the vision of a modern, digital government can become reality much faster than many expect.
