What can you expect from that day?

The event offers a range of sessions focused on digital transformation, innovation, AI-driven solutions and workflow automation. Key topics include customer service management, IT operations, integration of artificial intelligence into the workflows, and optimisation of customer & employee experiences. There will be two extraordinary keynotes, an opening and a closing one. The day will start about how to put AI to work for people, by ServiceNow VP Karel van der Poel and customer representatives from Novartis, Siemens and Deutsche Telekom. Football legend Oliver Kahn will close the day with his discussion about the insights from his career in an engaging interview with Markus Ehrle ServiceNow GVP EMEA Central, covering his leadership and high-performance strategies.
