The client engaged Teiva Systems to design and build a ServiceNow Store-ready application that allows organizations to submit specialized service requests directly within ServiceNow and synchronize key updates from the client’s existing platform.

The solution provides a standardized entry point for request intake while keeping operational processing, validation, and area-based workflows within the client’s system.

The project defined the initial scope for an MVP Store application, including configurable request forms, outbound API integration for request creation, and an inbound endpoint for status, notes, attachments, and operational links. Depending on customer needs, the application also supports embedding the client’s external area-selection form for location-based requests.
