The customer needed to expand beyond their native environment to reach service consumers operating in ServiceNow. This gap in data accessibility and workflow continuity presented a clear challenge: bridge both environments seamlessly, without disrupting the customer’s existing processing and evaluation infrastructure.

Deliver an MVP application that preserves the customer’s native environment as the primary processing point while exposing that data natively within ServiceNow.

Implemented on-demand and scheduled data sync between the customer’s critical event platform and ServiceNow, with the ability to configure ServiceNow as a live Risk Event data source -extending risk intelligence directly into existing workflows.
