Teiva Systems at ServiceNow Developer Meetup Munich: Exploring AI-Powered Platform Operations

On October 29, 2026, Teiva Systems participated in the ServiceNow Developer Meetup (SNUG) in Munich, hosted by Agineo. The event brought together ServiceNow developers, architects, and technology enthusiasts to explore the latest platform innovations, AI-powered automation, and the future of autonomous ServiceNow operations.

Representing Teiva Systems, Kostya Bazanov, Co-Founder & Director, Teiva Systems Germany, joined Melhem El-Achkar and the agineo team for an evening of technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and community networking.

The meetup featured updates from recent ServiceNow World Forum events and a talk with live demos on autonomous ServiceNow platform operations and maintenance using AI Agents and Claude Code.

Key discussions explored how AI can simplify ServiceNow operations, from automated platform health checks and incident intake to timeline generation and configuration fixes that travel through a complete deployment pipeline, with a person’s approval at every stage.

The session demonstrated how AI agents can help reduce manual effort, accelerate troubleshooting, and enable more efficient, automated platform maintenance.

What we showed live

Instead of slides, we ran the agents live against a real three-stage landscape (development, test, production) in front of the room:

Three takeaways from the Q&A

  1. Not everything should be an agent. Deterministic, repeatable tasks belong in scripts and flows, and counting belongs in the platform’s own analytics. The agent earns its place where judgment is needed.
  2. The human gate is the design, not a limitation. Accountability sits where someone says yes.
  3. Token cost is small next to the work it replaces. The real investment is in good skills, tight guardrails, and measuring your own baseline first.

“Another fantastic evening at the ServiceNow Developer Meetup in Munich! It was great to meet new people and reconnect with old friends. The interesting question isn’t whether an agent can fix something. It’s where the person stays in the loop.” Kostya Bazanov, Co-Founder & Director, Teiva Systems Germany

Beyond the technical discussions, the meetup offered a valuable opportunity to reconnect with the ServiceNow community, exchange practical experiences, and explore new approaches to AI-driven platform management.

For Teiva Systems, the event reinforced an important direction: the future of ServiceNow operations lies in combining AI agents, intelligent automation, and modern development practices to build more efficient, reliable, and scalable enterprise platforms.

Curious what this would look like on your instance, or where your own human gates should sit? Let’s talk, and see you at the next meetup.
