We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong application development expertise to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, customization, and integration, with availability to collaborate within USA time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other relevant areas.
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Implement ServiceNow APIs and integrations with external systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting for ServiceNow development projects.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and security guidelines.
- Engage in pre-sales activities to identify client needs and demonstrate value.
- Develop and present solution proposals tailored for C-level stakeholders.
- Provide a clear justification for the solution’s profitability and financial impact.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs).
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, tables, ACLs, and security models.
- Previous experience working with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of integration with third-party applications and APIs.
- Availability to work in USA time zones.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and Custom App Development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
