In collaboration with Teiva Systems, we developed an application in ServiceNow that enables us to propose new technologies, projects, and tools, assess them using Maintenance Risk Assessment (MRA) procedures, and make the process transparent and user-friendly according to defined roles.
Considering the market’s specificities, technological constraints, and role limitations, the company was looking for an opportunity to avoid using out-of-the-box (OOB) processes and components while still retaining ServiceNow as the platform.
A custom application was built using UI Builder on the ServiceNow platform, enabling us to address the task while fully accommodating the client’s requirements and constraints.

Utilizing the existing platform with an existing license, thereby avoiding the costs of developing a standalone third-party solution, application lifecycle management, and reducing the time spent on administering the compliance process due to integration with the ServiceNow platform.
