Project Manager / Account Manager (Part-Time, Remote – Europe/Ukraine)

About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Project Manager / Account Manager with an IT background to support and coordinate client projects, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure smooth delivery of services. This role combines project execution with client relationship management, requiring strong communication, training, and organizational skills.

The position is remote, open to candidates based in Ukraine or Europe, and suitable for professionals who enjoy working across multiple projects and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT-related projects from initiation to delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and budget constraints
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations

Account & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear project requirements
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Support contract execution, change requests, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in IT, technology, or digital services
• Proven experience in project management and/or account management
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have: Experience with trainings, workshops, or client enablement
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) or enterprise systems
• Experience working with international clients
