Description:
Teiva Systems is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging potential clients, supporting our sales pipeline, and helping drive business growth. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in lead generation within a B2B environment, along with strong communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, data-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in B2B lead generation and digital outreach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Hands-on knowledge of customer acquisition channels, particularly LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email campaigns.
- Strong skills in cold calling and client engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking.
- Solid analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset to assess and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong team player with a relationship-building mindset.
- English proficiency at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a lead generation or sales support role.
- Prior experience in an IT company is a strong plus.
