We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who will be responsible for the overall solution design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

You will work as part of our core delivery team serving our customers, including the business consultants, ServiceNow architecture advisors and subject matter experts, delivery managers, implementations specialists and support engineers. You will be able to take over the responsibility for project execution and delivering values to client’s employees. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. Any previous experience confirmed by ServiceNow implementation certifications within ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, GRC, and HR areas are more than welcome!
