We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Teiva Systems Team!
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (С1 level);
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated success in recruiting various roles within North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset;
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and extensions to expedite the hiring process;
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, including networking and candidate attraction strategies;
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and understand their unique staffing needs;
- Proficient in creating compelling job descriptions and announcements to attract top talent;
- Able to successfully prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. You get great satisfaction from ticking those boxes on your to-do list;
- Proven track record of providing superior customer service. You truly enjoy helping others;
- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices;
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and experience implementing performance improvement activities;
- Experience in building and maintaining a strong external HR brand;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and can pivot on a dime.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, including demand planning, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, engagement, recruiting, interviewing, offers, and approval;
- Facilitate discussions and build a consensus when developing and implementing initiatives and recruitment plans with hiring managers;
- Utilize various sourcing methods and candidate attraction strategies to identify and engage with qualified candidates;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a database of active and passive talent for future hiring needs;
- Collaborate with internal management teams to understand hiring requirements and job specifications;
- Drive business-client relationship and candidate relationships, improve hiring efficiency & diversity, and ensure a positive candidate experience;
- Continuously enhance recruiting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy, including tracking metrics, pipeline activity, and producing recruiting reports and metrics to monitor recruitment performance;
- Develop relevant recruiting metrics and implement performance improvement activities;
- Strengthen the external HR brand to attract top-tier talent;
- Proactively search for potential candidates, even in the absence of open vacancies, to expand our talent pool across Europe, America, and Asia.
