We are looking for an SMM manager to join our Teiva Systems Team!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SMM Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on social media marketing in IT Software companies;
- Experience working in software companies and familiarity with the software industry;
- Prior experience working for US/EU companies;
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and implementing SMM strategies on various platforms;
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and using social media management tools;
- Excellent understanding of analytics and metrics to track and optimize social media performance;
- Strong coordination and project management skills to oversee other marketing tasks and coordinate specialists;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level);
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation;
- Create compelling content and visuals for 20-30 posts per week on social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, DOU, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Linkedin;
- Writing articles for our website;
- Optimize website content and structure based on ongoing updates.
- Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends and industry discussions;
- Collaborate with specialists to execute tasks related to Google Ads, SEO optimization, website pages, landing pages, presentation materials, and conference preparations;
- Provide guidance, review work, and ensure consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
