We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our Teiva Systems Team!
THAT’S WHAT YOU WILL STAND FOR
- Organise and develop a current Sales process based on the analysis of all stages that the company has in sales
- Identify the current portrait of our customers, what are their needs, and how we can help them;
- Build a strategy to attract new customers through several channels and create KPIs for the team to measure sales success;
- Develop and lead the BizDev team through all stages of the process, starting from lead generation and ending with the deal closure;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify short-term and long-term strategies that can increase sales and attract new customers;
- Learn the ServiceNow product, take courses, and be proactive about it;
- Participate in ServiceNow-related events, it’s a must;
- Build a large customer base at ServiceNow-related events and social media and create a flow of customers who may be interested in our solutions;
- Make customer search an integral part of your daily life through 3-5 different sources, ensuring that new leads are constantly added to the sales funnel;
- Actively negotiate with clients, keep in touch with everyone, plan and sell our solutions;
- Preparation of proposals for cooperation and calling customers;
- Active in social networks, communication with new potential customers, and maintaining contact with them;
- Develop a sales strategy constantly that will lead us to the target result, break it down into quarterly/monthly goals and achieve them;
- Create detailed reports in the form of a presentation about what has been done and what are the plans for the next month;
- Perform sales process management, sales revenue forecasting, pricing, performance analysis, sales strategies, market research, and competitor analysis to support the strategic direction of the company;
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to gain insight into hiring processes and develop resource strategies.
THAT’S YOUR SKILLS
- Proven work experience in IT outsourcing companies as Sales or BDR for 3 years;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (C1/C2), the ability to thoughtfully structure the content of the proposal for clients and present it to a wide audience, mainly including the management of corporate-level companies;
- Experience in cooperation and sales with companies of the Enterprise level for 2 years;
- Proven B2B sales experience of at least 2 years;
- Experience in live negotiations and sales of the company’s services to customers;
- Ability to actively search clients from various channels;
- Knowledge of techniques for analyzing and creating client portraits and roadmaps;
- Build a large personal network of customers at events and social media;
- Communicate as a leader by collecting and sending offers to clients about cooperation with us;
- Experience in the successful implementation of the sales plan, signing contracts with enterprises or medium-sized companies;
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and presentation skills for yourself and the company, build trusting relationships with clients;
- Outstanding organizational skills, active life position in work;
- Result-oriented, purposeful, and focused on increasing sales in the short and long term;
- Experience with ServiceNow for 1 year (is an advantage);
- Experience in selling SaaS and PaaS solutions to clients (which is an advantage).
